Possibilities

Here we are at the halfway point of the year! Ooooweee, what a six months it has been! Frankly, it has been a LOT! We have had devastating weather leaving many without, we have lost lives due to violence and weather events, legislation has been passed which continues to leave the most vulnerable behind, rights are being denied, and the list goes on! But through all of it, we are still standing to do the work we have been given to do! It may appear that hate is winning, but it is NOT! Fear not, for God is with you—with us! We are marching forward! Yes, we are!

Many of us are asking, “Why?” Let us not question, but use where we are to do something! We have all we need to make the change we want to see! As we see in Luke’s Gospel, Chapter 10, beginning with verse 1 through 20, we are taught we have all we need to do the work! Let’s be the laborers, because the harvest is full!

We have been on a journey since the beginning of the year! We put our armor on!

We started with Persistence & Perseverance: Strength in staying the course.

Moving to Plan: The value of preparation and intentionality.

We sprung into spring with Passion & Purpose: Connecting to meaning and motivation.

Forging to Push: Breaking barriers with consistent effort.

And Pause: Honoring the power of stillness and reflection.

Here we are sizzling in summer with Participate: The courage to engage and contribute.

These aren’t just words — they’re monthly invitations to lead, live, and love with intention.

Let’s keep it going!!

It emphasizes God’s omnipotence and sovereignty, suggesting that what is impossible for humans is achievable through God’s power. We often use this scripture to encourage faith and trust in God, particularly when facing seemingly insurmountable challenges or impossibilities. As for such a time as this!

What is your mustard seed?

“Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” – Matthew 17:20 ESV
